Template Process variables

The core could put the content of title, description, comment and possibly user variables through the processTemplate() method. That would stop skins having to double process things like comment variables. See https://jalbum.net/forum/thread.jspa?threadID=57262&tstart=0 as an example.

Please read the linked thread. There's also a need for recursion, and perhaps handling skin variables.
