what setting is influencing the creation of folderimg.jpg & folderimage.jpg

I can't find where the options are in the setting for the creation of folderimg.jpg & folderimage.jpg. In a few photoblogger albums the folderimg.jpg is not present, however there exists a link to the file in the index.html.
Anyone a suggestion?

This is the new mobile optimized header background image. I'm afraid the code does not detect if that size hasn't been yet generated. The fix will come soon.
