It might be worth referencing the T&Cs in with the license info.

Sure :)
Can you suggest a minimalist way of doing that (I don't mind if you edit the "proposed list of amendments")

See updated list for my suggestion.

My only concern would be that this might start to look like a promotion for jAlbum.
There is already a link to the jAlbum purchase page and the terms and conditions should be obvious there rather than in Wikipedia. See this Wikipedia page

At which version number does this license model commence?

I think I'd skip the license history. The only thing that really matters is what the curent license model is now. No one should be led to jAlbum with the promise of "shareware" or "freeware," even if those older versions are still out there.

I would suggest removing the link to the purchase page, that is more overtly like a promotion.

The catch is that that's the only place on the site that clearly lays out the license options. Wikipedia likes things documented, rather than merely asserted as fact.

I haven't explored this, but now the title is showing up as jalbum instead of jAlbum. Is there not a way to get it right?

I guess maybe looking at other pages for commercial software might be worthwhile, see what is ‘normal’.

Perhaps just a link to jalbum.net, rather than the purchase page or terms and conditions page.

Yes, I think there is, but it is complicated. You would have to "Move" the "Jalbum" page to "JAlbum" and then apply the "lowercase initial" template. I am not sure what the implications would be for any external sites that now link to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jalbum and I think rather than that "sledgehammer" approach we should just settle for the "Jalbum" title.
If you agree I will change it back by removing the "lowercase iitial" template.

I doubt that anyone is linking to the Wikipedia page. I just think the entry should be correct, like the entry for iPad.

I did try
{{DISPLAYTITLE:jAlbum}}
but that was disallowed :(

If enough people bug me about it I might try the complicated fix after all the other proposed amendments are sorted out. In the meantime, should I revert to "Jalbum"?
