What "counter" are you referring to? The count of folder images appears below the folder thumbnail. The image counter appears in the control bar at top right. See screenshots.

Ah, those are jAlbum widgets, and have (almost) nothing to do with the skin. Animatics does support widgets (I just tested it), so it's just the same requirements as with any other skin:

ETA: Looking at your moi album, the project settings are correct, but it looks as if you didn't make the album again after turning widget support on. So, try just hitting Make Album again, and Upload again.
