When trying to access the video, your server is responding with: 403 - Forbidden. In short, the server will not provide the video. Make sure you don't have "hotlink protection" turned on.

ETA: Even a direct link to the video file produces a 403:

Also, you should switch to the Tiger skin. Turtle is an obsolete, mostly unsupported skin, and is using an obsolete video player script.
