Within the last couple of days I am not able to stay signed in to the jAlbum website. I stay signed in to the application, but not the website. I remember hitting this (along with others) several years ago, but a search of the forum turns up no suggestion about the problem. What are the common causes of not being able to stay signed in?

I just noticed that I posted the question in the wrong forum. It should have been in the jAlbum website forum, which is where I posted the same question a couple of years ago. On that old question I found out that Ccleaner had not saved the protected cookies from jalbum.net, but this time they are on the protected side of Ccleaner. You can move the question to the proper forum, but I still need help understanding what is happening this time.

Finally figured it out. The problem existed on the Win 7 desktop but not on the Win 10 notebook, although using the same version of Firefox and Ccleaner on both. In checking Firefox on the desktop I discovered that at some point I must have inadvertently checked the box to have Firefox delete all cookies and site data when exiting, thereby keeping Ccleaner from having a chance to save the jAlbum cookie. I have always intended to have that box unchecked since I depend on Ccleaner to save only the logon cookies that I want.

Sorry for the false alarm.
