I believe this can be fixed in the Base skin, but the quickest fix is to update to the latest version of jAlbum. You appear to have a current license, which means you can install jAlbum 16.1. There's no reason to stick with 13.7.2.

(ETA: Laza, I believe line 13 of index.htt needs the check for util.webLocationSupport.)

Thanks, I see, the skin should check if webLocation support exists at all before it does the comparison.

The skin is already doing that check elsewhere. See init.bsh, line 285.

The alternative, of course, is to eliminate that check entirely, and just declare that Base requires jAlbum 14.
