Feature requests Jalbum Bridge

I have two wishes for options of Jalbum Bridge.
1. Option to disable the external link icon in the title. In version 1.2 this was easy to hack by modifying the Jabum Bridge css, in version 1.3 it is not that easy?
2. Padding options left and right to align the Jalbum Bridge image with other visual objects. Most of these WP thingies allow that.

It's just as easy, use:
.jalbum .jtitle.linked h1:after, .jalbum .jtitle.linked h2:after, .jalbum .jtitle.linked h3:after, .jalbum .jtitle.linked h4:after, .jalbum .jtitle.linked h5:after, .jalbum .jtitle.linked h6:after { background-image: none; }
But probably I will add option too.
Yes, I was already experimenting with padding, however it doesn't work the same with all transitions and all grids. Once I find an elegant solution I will add an option for this too.

Thanks! Good to see padding will be available once you find a good solution.
Great support again!

Hi Laza,
How is the next release going? The preview looks tempting!

Haven't I published the latest version? I'm into other projects now, so I might forgot about publishing it.

Sorry to keep nagging you!
If you could find some time now the latest and greatest skin is out to upload a new version of jalbum bridge?
It would also prevent Wordpress/Wordfence nagging me one of these days about plugins not updated for a long time/not tested with the latest version.
Thanks!

I'm working on the Gutenberg version of the plugin but it's a real pain in the a@@, so much different the new editor. I will make it a separate plugin because no way to handle both the Classic and Gutenberg editors in one code.

I have a new feature request!
My visitors complain about being directed deep into the album by clicking the image shown in the projector and they just want to go to the top page. Especially when its a big album with multiple levels they have no idea where they are redirected to.
So for these albums I have stopped using jalbum bridge, and replaced it with a clicakble static image. A pity not using the nice animated projector!
So my request is a checkbox in the settings to redirect to the root page of the album or deep into the album showing the image. Or is that already possible?

No, it takes to the clicked picture. However you can add a button in the title to achieve this:
<a class="small button">Visit album! →</a>
(I'm not sure though the "button" style exists in the projector.)

That helps a bit.
I would prefer in a future version the choice the image click take to the album instead of the image.

I wonder what the future plans of Jalbumbridge are.
No update for a year, last version of Wordpress supported 4.9.10, current is 5.2.2.
There is a two year warning for plugins that haven’t been updated by their authors, so we have another year before it will be advised not to install the plugin.
I know it only supports the (now Classic) old editor, the new (avoided by me!) new Gutenberg is not supported.
So I am slowly removing the plugin from my WP sites, due to the uncertain future and the not implemented alignment settings, making my pages look not so pretty.
A pity, it is a beautiful idea.

Jalbum Bridge is uptodate again! Thanks!
It works fine, I had to switch to the Gutenberg editor to get a jalbum bridge shortcode I can use as template. That went well.
Any thoughts on my feature request: a click takes to the album, not the current image?
