I Visitor counter

I am using Turtle skin and JAlbum 15
The counter widget is not displaying on my web page after it is activated in settings for the page and uploaded.
My hosting service is EasySpace and not JAlbum.
Any suggestions please.

I should mention the my hosting server is Linux not Windows, could this be a problem?
