Album won't load on website or in Preview/Published in jAlbum

I am having trouble with one of my album projects not loading on the published site. Even within jAlbum, the preview won't work for Published, but will for Local. I had originally created and uploaded the gallery on my on server (jenniferstar.net on Bluehost) for testing purposes and it worked fine. Then I uploaded the gallery to my clients server (ffrpcambria.org on GoDaddy) and now it won't work - just keep getting the spinning color wheel. I have another client also on GoDaddy, using the same skin (Slim/Dark) and there is no problem ( http://greenspiritarts.com/Greenspirit_Arts_Gallery.html). I've done everything I can think of, even starting completely from scratch on the album.
Here is the site address where the problem album is published - http://www.ffrpcambria.org/gallery.html
I am using the most current version of jAlbum (12.6) on a Mac OS 10.8.5. Sure hope you are able to help. All my other albums are working just fine. Please advise. Thank you.

There is a critical file that's missing - at the root of the album, there should be a file called tree.json, but the page is returning a "404 - Not found" for that file:
http://ffrpcambria.org/frp_gallery/tree.json
I suspect the file is actually there, but GoDaddy's servers are not set properly to cough it up - you may need to contact them for help with this.
(Off-topic: GoDaddy is a good domain registrar, but a lousy web host. I'd advise steering clear of them.)

Thanks. However, I'm not sure how to resolve this. My other client on GoDaddy doesn't have this problem. Can you give me any further info on how I can handle this on my end?
Also, I just looked at my files on GoDaddy, and the tree.json (text document) is listed within the album files created by jAlbum. Screen shot attached.

Well, first connect to the GoDaddy account and determine whether that file is there or not. If it isn't, then it's just a matter of making sure it gets uploaded along with the rest of the album.
But if it's there, then there's a server configuration problem, and unless your client has a dedicated server, there's not a thing you can do about it yourself. In a typical shared server environment, you don't have access to the server configuration - only GoDaddy can fix it.
The fact that another client doesn't have the same problem doesn't really tell you much. Is that client using the same skin? If not, there probably isn't a JSON file involved at all. But even if that other client is using the same skin, a host like GoDaddy has hundreds and hundreds of servers, and there's no guarantee that any two of them are configured exactly the same way.

Just saw your edit. The file is where it's supposed to be. Only GoDaddy can correct the fact that when asked for that file, the server is saying it's NOT there.

You nailed it in that it is a server problem. Just got off the phone with GoDaddy and we have upgraded this client's hosting account to a Linux based server. It was on a Windows OS from 2006. Hopefully this will be what works.
Thanks for all your help, and so FAST! Really appreciate it.

Well, changing to the Linux platform worked! All is well with the new gallery. Thanks so much. You made my day by being so quick to give me the information I needed to get this issue resolved.

Great that it sorted out. I wish to thank you too jGromit! We've seen other problems reported by GoDaddy users. GoDaddy has recently installed an anti-virus software that scans all files of certain file types, among them .html and .rss. This scanning is sometimes so time consuming that it causes timeouts when transferring files from jAlbum to the server. When I test-uploaded an album to a GoDaddy account in the US here from Sweden, their virus scanning took 10 times longer than the file transfer itself. I see that as unacceptable and would change web host provider.

David and jGromit ~ Thank you both for your help and comments. I hope this thread turns out to be helpful for any others who may run into a similar problem. I would have never thought of the issue being on the hosting/server side of things. As a web designer, I will stash this piece of info in my brain for future reference.
As for switching hosting providers, I will recommend this to my client, but do not have the final say here.
Lastly, I love jAlbum and am very grateful for having this photo album software to use for myself and my clients. May you continue to have great success in your offerings.
