The skin already deleted is still present in Skin list combo box.
You cannot add newly skin, that should not exist.

To delete the skin, are you using Tools > Skin developer > Delete selected skin? If you are, the skin should disappear and be replaced by the first skin, alphabetically, that's still there, usually Animatics.
If you're deleting the skin manually in File Explorer or Finder, the app has no idea that you have done that until you close and re-launch the app.

Yes, I have done exactly this:
Tools > Skin developer > Delete selected skin
And this does not work. There are erased all skin styles, but skin itself is still present as zombie skin.
Even after Jalbum restarts Skin is still manifested.

I can't replicate that.
And I notice that the name of the skin is not a skin from the jAlbum repository. You have apparently duplicated and renamed it. We have no idea what this may have done to things like file permissions.
Try it by installing a skin, using it for a project, then deleting it. Don't do anything to the files in your config directory manually.
ETA: And don't ever manually put a skin in the application's own skin directory:
C:\Program Files\jAlbum\skins
User-installed skins are automatically placed in the user's config directory, where they belong:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\jAlbum\skins
Placing things in the app's own directories will produce many problems.

I attempt to create a new style and it could be deleted normally.
Only zombie style cannot be deleted.
There is only one file that remains and is not erased:
"C:\Users\JFT\Data aplikací\JAlbum\skins\FancyBox2\lib\FancyBox.jar"
And of course this file is locked in filesystem. I hope that only reboot will release it.
PS: I did not place files manually. That was produced by Jalbum itself.

Yes, Windows sometimes locks those files while the app is still running - macOS behaves better. Choose Tools > Open directories > Config directory. Close jAlbum (that will release the lock). In File Explorer, delete skins>FancyBox2.
I don't think there's any way to prevent Windows from doing this.

But the Jalbum should emit warning, that file cannot be erased.
Otherwise user gets confused.
I will reboot PC and erase remaining style file from filesystem.
PS: After restarting Jalbum, it was possible to remove locked skin from Jalbum from Skin info.
thank you

This is a Windows bug. Once you select the skin, the skin's .jar file is loaded and locked.
I thought this problem had gone away, but I can no longer test it.

Yes, the linked pages states that. But the information window also shows the location of the selected skin, useful if it’s an updated bundled skin.

I've been able to fix the file lock now. If you're on v39.7, just do a core update via Tools->External tools->jAlbum core update.
