If after one year of "the future" you discover that you have never had occasion to make use of the RAW files, dump all of them.

Keeping both RAW and camera processed images in a project and having jAlbum delete the RAW when the user deletes the camera processed images is a disaster waiting to happen. No backup, a common mistake, and no original image left. It’s not worth the potential anger of other users.
