Logging level

With the logging level set to WARNING., if I delete a project that hasn't been uploaded, I'm seeing an error message in the console. No warning triangle - just the message in the console. That message probably shouldn't show up unless the logging level is set lower, like INFO. There's not actually anything wrong.
