JAlbum 37.7.3, Skin: Tiger 7.1.4
Hello,
I’m running into an issue with tags that I can’t get rid of.
What I did
Added two test tags (testtag1, testtag2) to an original photo file.
Generated the album — tags were correctly generated and visible in the album.
After testing, I removed these tags from the original photo file.
Verified that the file is clean (no tags in metadata).
Regenerated the entire album.
Problem
The test tags (testtag1, testtag2) are still present in the JAlbum desktop application.
They are still visible in the generated album.
The tag pages still link to the photo, even though the tags no longer exist in the original file.
Regenerating the album does not remove them.
What I already tried
Full album regeneration.
Verifying that the original photo file has no remaining tags.
Refreshing/rebuilding the album.
Question
How can I completely remove these test tags from the project and the generated album?
At the moment it looks like the tags are cached or stored at the project level, and there is no obvious way to delete unused/orphan tags once they are no longer present in the source files.
Is there a supported way to:
force JAlbum to re-read tags from source files, or
clean/remove orphan tags from a project?
Thank you in advance.

Update:
The issue was caused by tags assigned at the Front Page / top-level folder level in the Tiger skin.
Even after removing tags from the original photo files, the tags remained attached to the Front Page and continued to generate tag pages and links.
Reassigning tags at the 2nd folder level removed the orphan test tags.
