Tout d'abord, je ne suis qu'un utilisateur parmi d'autres qui tente d'apporter un peu d'aide. Je n'ai aucun autre lien avec jAlbum.

Permettez-moi ensuite de préciser que jAlbum n'est qu'une petite société de 5/6 personnes réparties à travers le monde (cf. https://jalbum.net/fr/about ). La notion de "service client" (ou de service tout court) comme on l'entend habituellement pour des sociétés de plus grande taille n'a pas cours ici. Toute l'aide que jAlbum peut donner provient de ce forum, où les développeurs (et éventuellement d'autres utilisateurs) répondent aux questions.

Pour revenir à votre question initiale, quelques remarques :

• Ce qu'on appelle (ce que vous appelez) un site Web est assez vague, il serait bien que vous précisiez votre besoin / ce que vous attendez comme résultat.
• jAlbum est un générateur d'albums, pas un générateur de site Web (au sens large), et que donc on ne peut pas lui demander de faire autre chose (mais bon, on a quand-même une grande souplesse dans les albums générés).
• En ce qui concerne le texte de présentation d'un album, c'est déjà possible (bien que ça puisse peut-être être dépendant du skin utilisé ?). En voici un exemple : Plougastel (réalisé avec le skin Tiger).
• Ce que proposait JeffTucker, faire un album d'albums -- ou album maître -- me semble une bonne solution, mais à mon avis, il existe maintenant une mise en oeuvre plus simple : https://jalbum.net/help/en/Making_an_album_of_albums_with_web_locations . Le principe : faire un album qui affiche des liens (éventuellement commentés) vers vos autres albums. Vous pouvez voir un exemple de mise oeuvre ici : http://phil.couton.free.fr/photo/pub/galerie/index.html . La dernière miniature, "Balades", est un lien qui pointe vers un autre album.
• L'hébergement d'un album, qu'il soit maître ou pas, peut être fait chez jAlbum ou ailleurs (cf. https://www.jardinamel.fr/tutoriels/Guide_jAlbum/Upload.php). Et dans le cas d'un album maitre, il est tout à fait possible de le télécharger sur votre hébergement tout en y référençant des albums sur jalbum.net !

First of all, I'm just one user among many trying to offer some help. I have no other connection to jAlbum.

Also, let me clarify that jAlbum is just a small company of 5 or 6 people spread across the globe (see https://jalbum.net/fr/about ). The concept of "customer department" (or department in general) as we usually understand it for larger companies doesn't apply here. All the help jAlbum can provide comes from this forum, where developers (and possibly other users) answer questions.

To get back to your initial question, a few points:

• What we call (what you call) a website is rather vague; it would be helpful if you could specify your needs/what you expect as a result.
• jAlbum is an album generator, not a website generator (in the broadest sense), so it can't be asked to do anything else (although it does offer considerable flexibility in the generated albums).
• Regarding the presentation text of an album, it is already possible (although it may depend on the skin used?). Here's an example: Plougastel (created with the Tiger skin).
• What JeffTucker suggested, making an album of albums -- or master album -- seems like a good solution, but in my opinion, there is now a simpler implementation: https://jalbum.net/help/en/Making_an_album_of_albums_with_web_locations . The idea is to create an album that displays links (possibly with comments) to your other albums. You can see an example of implementation here: http://phil.couton.free.fr/photo/pub/galerie/index.html . The last thumbnail, "Balades", is a link that points to another album.
• Hosting an album, whether it is a master album or not, can be done at jAlbum or elsewhere (see https://www.jardinamel.fr/tutoriels/Guide_jAlbum/Upload.php ). And in the case of a master album, it's perfectly possible to upload it to your web host while referencing albums on jalbum.net!
