Jeff, the new b24 fixes the UI locking up.

I moved my "problem project" back into My Albums, and it no longer causes trouble. RobM and I thought we had ID'ed the issue, but that must have been a red herring. I certainly have been tinkering with image tools (when applied to an RI, for example), so I must have stumbled into the bug you've now fixed.

One of the .info files for the pdf did have a sepia effect listed. Just forgot to mention that.

Hi Jeff,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask for assistance. I previously used .thm to show an image for my pdf files. Last it worked was back in September when I did my last update. But when I remade my album today the pdf images were no longer showing now the standard pdf icon shows. Was there an update should I be doing something else?

jAlbum 38 dumped the old THM file support in favour attachments (THM files will be replaced automatically)

The THM mechanism has been consigned to the dustbin of history, thankfully. It was always kludgy and confusing.

New method - in Explore, right-click the PDF thumbnail, and choose Attachments > Representing image > Attach file..., and navigate to whatever image you want to be used for the PDF thumbnail (and, depending on the skin, perhaps for something like a lightbox expander image).

And you can use the same mechanism for virtually any album object - MP4, PDF, etc.

ETA: I'm surprised your old THM's weren't converted automatically. That worked fine in all our testing. But as long as you don't have hundreds of them, manually fixing them shouldn't be too bad. It might also not have worked if you used the multi-maker to regenerate the albums.
