How to completely remove an external album from the jAlbum 'jalbum.net'?

I store my albums on my own website and add them as 'external' albums to 'xxx.jalbum.net'.
This works fine until I add or delete photos in the 'original' album.
When I remove the 'external' album from 'xxx.jalbum.net', and then again add the changed album as 'external', the changes are not carried out, and I get the exact original album.
Unless I change the name of the album on my own website, and thus the URL to it, it seems not possible to update an album on 'xxx.jalbum.net'.
Is there a way this can be done? I found no answer on the forum so far.

Your albums are stored in only one place - on your website. The thumbnail on your profile page just points to that album. It's not keeping another copy somewhere.

If you're still seeing the original, unchanged album, you're seeing a version that's being cached in your browser.

That must be it than, in spite of refreshing the page and restarting the browser. I'll try a 'Clear cache and hard reload' next time.
Thanks.

And it did: 'Clear cache and hard reload' does the job.

Usually, just hitting CTRL-F5 while viewing the page is enough to do a "clean" reload (in Windows). But the browsers can be more stubborn about caching Javascript, so the Javascript-heavy skins, like Tiger, sometimes need rougher treatment.

The worst are the browser caches on phones. It can be very difficult to beat them into submission.

The other quick check is to try a different browser. Default to Brave? Try Firefox. Then you're dealing with a cache that hasn't seen the old page recently.
