Why limit the feedback form to one copy of an image?
I use feedback for photo sales, and people order different sizes of the same image.
This sounds like it will not let people select different sizes of the same image for purchase.

Oh, that's a valid point. I thought of Feedback as a tool for giving textual feedback, and for this, no duplicates are needed. But you're right, if users can select different options for the same item, it's better not to limit the feedback. I will release an update tomorrow, offering the option to use the same item multiple times.
