It's built into the skin. See Photoblogger > Advanced > Site admin > Search engine optimization.

ok, thanks. That seems to be for the whole site, but if I want to have alt tags on each picture ?

By definition, an alt tag appears only on an <img> HTML tag. So, the tag always applies to an image, not to a page or site.

Choosing that option puts an alt tag on each image.
