Unreachable at 191.101.13.157 ?

Since my last issue, I have been getting the attached dialog box when I click on Upload. If I click on OK, JA uploads fine in the background.

But, if I select "Change Location," highlight the hosting service for this site, and click on Connect, again, it uploads but this time not in the background.

Could one of you wizards tell me what the "Unreachable at" business is all about and should I worry about it? TIA

Your albums page shows the last upload was four days ago, have you done an upload since then?

You do now have ‘public_html’ marked as the web root, don’t you?

I don’t have my own domain so can’t help with how uploading works, other than what is written in the wiki.

That error should go away if you
1) Ensure that you have correct web address set up for your account profile (see Tools->Upload/Manage). A correct web address typically looks like this: https://www.yoursitehere.com
2) Connect to your account using Tools->Upload/Manage, then locate the folder that represents the root of your web site (typically called public_html, http_docs, www, yourdomain.com etc)
3) Right-click that folder and select "Mark as web root"

Now you should be able to upload without that "Unreachable at ..." error

And you would be correct, Davide..THANK YOU, no more error and that was it. Had the IP correct but not the web root, now both sites are working normally. Really appreciate the help.
