Multimaker window: better display of pending projects

This is a minor request that could improve the functioning of the Multimaker window.

If you have a lot of projects, when you select some of them and click on a button, it is difficult to distinguish the projects that were previously selected from those that were not, see attached screenshot. Once the Make tasks are launched, it is not easy to ensure that you have not forgotten a project :-(

Completed projects are highlighted with a green frame when their task is finished. Wouldn't it be possible to do something similar for projects waiting in the queue, for example by displaying their name in a different color until their build is launched and/or completed?

Have you considered making project groups, instead of using just the recent projects list? It should help to keep your eye on the projects being made, rather than having to scan the full list of recent projects.

The other thing that might help is to use a different look & feel, or make a custom change to your preferred choice.

I already use groups, I have quite a few. But when you want to make/publish multiple projects located in different groups, in the Multimaker window, the recent projects list is the most suitable IMHO. Otherwise, you will have to go in group A, then select the desired projects and start the make/upload, then go to group B, select the desired projects and start the make/upload, go to group C, and so on.

The other thing that might help is to use a different look & feel, ...
I have to admit that other look & feels display the selection much more visibly than 'jAlbum Dark'. But basically, what poses a problem is precisely that it is the selection which shows what has been chosen to be queued. If you select ten projects and once the make is launched, you click somewhere in the list of projects, you lose the selection and nothing indicates which projects wait to be made. Sometimes even the selection is erased on its own. This has nothing to do with the look & feel.

... or make a custom change to your preferred choice.
I don't understand what you mean by that...

Another thing that might be nice in this window is to highlight projects that have been made, but not yet uploaded :-)

It can be tricky to make specific changes to a look & feel but it is possible. You can also use other look & feels from third parties. See https://jalbum.net/forum/thread.jspa?threadID=56946&start=0&tstart=0

Using other look & feels wiki entry
https://jalbum.net/help/en/jAlbum/Preferences#Look_and_feel
‘ You can also add custom looks, such as those available from JetBrains.com Having identified a look you like, you need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'source code' link. Once there click on the 'src/main/resources' link, then look for a '.json' file, like 'gruvbox_light_soft.theme.json'. Download that file. Open jAlbum's configuration directory (SHIF + CMD/Cntrl + C) and ensure there is a 'themes' folder. Add the .json file to the themes folder, quit and restart jAlbum, the theme will now show up in the dropdown menu.’

I'll investigate a way to indicate pending projects. Right now I just want to highlight that you can view the queue of pending projects by clicking at the progress bar in the bottom of the window.

And of course there is the wiki entry you made, which details that and more.

I know that, but I think this is limited. I wanted to Make+Upload about ten projects, that is to say about twenty pending tasks. If I remember correctly (but I am not 100% sure), I did not see all the pending tasks by clicking on the progress bar, I would say that only 6 to 8 tasks, maybe 10 at the most were visible in this case...

You can scroll that list though
