Widgets always on

Hello,

at my Riga Tram Album (https://public-transport.net/tram/Riga/) I tried several times to unselect the widgets, I stored it, loaded the album up - and the widgets were here again.

Any idea how to manage that?

And yes I tried it with several options of create album

Bei solchen hartnäckigen Problemen greife ich dann manchmal zum ultimativen Mittel. Lösche den kompletten Ausgangs-Ordner, lasse das Projekt noch mal erstellen und meistens haben sich die Probleme dann erledigt. Ist natürlich keine schöne "Lösung", weil die Ursache nicht ermittelt wurde und man Rechnerleistung verblasen hat das Album noch mal zu erstellen und evtl. viele Daten wieder hoch laden musste. Es ist nur eine Idee. Gruß, Markus

There is another easy way to turn off widgets from a published album. On your albums page click on the downward triangle, top right corner of the thumbnail. Select ‘Edit’ and then scroll down until you see the ‘Select widgets’ section, then uncheck all of them and click ‘Save’. There is also an option to turn widgets off on future albums. No need to remake and upload.

The other option is to use a skin that doesn't support widgets at all (any one of mine). It doesn't matter what settings you choose - there won't be any widgets in the published album.
