Hi,

I went to upload some new photos to my webpage today but after making the album (which worked fine) and then hitting Upload, after connecting to my website and it showing the folder structure, I hit upload as normal but then it showed this. (attached) Ive not notice it say unreachable before but anyway I hit OK as normal and it did run through some photos but at the end it didnt do anything.
I went and checked my website and nothing had uploaded. I pressed f5 and tried a different browser but nothing was there.
The only difference to when i last updated my website 5 days ago was i updated to the latest tiger skin. I thought maybe it was because i wasnt on the latest jalbum so i updated to the latest one of them as well but its still the same.
my website is https://www.manxbirdphotography.co.uk

The image shows 'Please select a location for your album' and has no address entry at the bottom. Check everything is as it should be as shown at https://jalbum.net/help/en/Publish_to_your_own_site

(Thread moved - the skin plays no part in the uploading process.)

And you should be uploading to public_html, not to public_ftp. No one other than you can see the contents of public_ftp (despite its name).

You shouldn't upload directly to the public_html folder. You should create a subfolder in public_html and upload to that folder.

If you want the album to be at the root of your domain, go ahead and upload it to public_html. If you have some other home page sitting there, that you want to preserve (it doesn't appear that you do), upload the album to a directory under public_html.

Thanks. No idea why jalbum had moved my upload place to public_ftp but changing it public_html fixed the issue.
