Can't make an album with jAlbum 35.1

Could NOT have new images or folders respond to a MAKE (Compile).
Uninstalled 35.1
Reinstalled 34.1
Now everything works.
35.1 has undocumented features - BUGS!

No one else has reported this, and a number of us did extensive testing on the beta version of jAlbum 35.1 before it was released. On top of that, thousands of people are using it every day, without issue.

So, we're going to need more information from you. What are the symptoms of the failure? What error message, if any, are you seeing? If you start a new project, add a few images, and hit Make Album, what happens?

And one quick check. If you're using one of Laza's JSON-driven skins, like TIger or Photoblogger, don't tell jAlbum to process only updated subdirectories. This can lead to all sorts of odd failures.

Thank you all - Jeff Tucker wins the prize!
I do use PhotoBlogger and I had tried to cut down processing time by Processing Only Updated SubDirectories.
I even rolled back to 34.1
I corrected my settings to the Highlighted ones below and the latest Make works well.
I might even try going back to 35.1 after cleaning up my system!

Glad that appears to have fixed the mysterious failure!

These days, especially with Laza's JSON-driven skins, processing only one subdirectory (i.e., the one to which you just added a few images) can leave you with a broken album. So, changing that setting has become the "go to" first shot at fixing things.

Even in a non-JSON skin, like one of mine, I don't leave it set to process only updated subdirectories unless I'm very sure that I haven't updated the jAlbum core or the skin since the last time I built the album, and that all I'm doing is adding a few things (the family website photo album being the prime example of that).
