Tiger slideshow speed

Hello everyone,
I can't configure the speed of the slideshow images; I would like to be able to choose a speed of 3 seconds per image when creating an album and that is still adjustable by pressing the "play" button on the control bar.
How to do this setting (I don't speak English and the information is brief)

Hello JeffTucker and thank you for your prompt reply,

I explained myself badly, my photo albums are viewed by elderly people who do not easily handle a computer.

What I would like is when creating a photo album, to configure the slideshow so that the display speed of the photos is at least 3 to 4 seconds initially, the possibility of modifying the speed can be chosen later according to the visitors.

That is exactly what I have shown you how to do. I don’t know any other way to describe it.
