Also, the contents of the lifeboat file for that album don't match the contents of the album, so it's very difficult to check your settings. Make the album again, and use the jAlbum uploader to upload the results - don't try to do it manually, picking and choosing files.

Oh, I see what's happening! Your "folders" at the top level aren't really folders. They're web locations, pointing to other albums. The top level can't "gather" the images from the folders, because there aren't any folders.

It can pick up some information from the web location albums, like the number of images. But that doesn't extend to grabbing actual image thumbnails, unfortunately. I just did a quick test to confirm that, but I'm not surprised.
