Missing option to have a button to display the image exif data
Posted: 3 Nov 23, 04:07

Hi
I'm using Jalbum 33.1 with the Tiger skin.

Iavene't used Jalbum since late last year, but there was an option where you could have a button that could be clicked on to display the image exif information & I can't find it in the current version of Tiger. For an example, please see https://thehockings.org/2022/AprilHolidays/index.html#img=AprilHolidays-581.jpg

Please advise where the setting is now.

TIA

Peter

See Tiger > Lightbox > Buttons > Photo data.

Attachment jalbum.png (102.9 KB)
I have the Photo data box ticked already.

I am only looking at the saved page on my computer. Does it need to be uploaded to my web server to work?

You should also turn on the Settings / Advanced / Metadata / Include photographic data in generated pages.

You can check if your photos contain any metadata by right-click -> (Extension) -> List metadata.

That is also done, but the problem still exists

I have checked the linked page, and works fine. I don't know what you are expecting.

Marked as "answered." The Photo data button is showing on the slide images, and brings up the expected content.
