Currently if you check "Feedback" on Sections/Feedback dialog but do not specify "Target email" there is no error message, you can hit OK and build an album will build however the feedback controls will not appear. It took me a bit to figure out what the issue was.

I am aware that there is a red "*" indicating this field is required but it would be even better if the dialog could not be closed until "Target email" is specified or if it closed - an error messages of some sort would appear indicating "Target email" is missing.

Another suggestion is an error message when album is rebuilt.
