Two other small errors in the skin files

I noticed that when I added a contact page, there is a colon between the "Pinterest" text label and the Pinterest icon after it.

Also, I noticed that there is no space between the LinkedIn icon and the actual LinkedIn URL.

I tracked it down to the \templates\Contact.inc file, I think two corrections should be made on lines 64 (removing the colon) and 82 (adding a space in front of the URL as with the other URLs on the contact page).

I've fixed this by hand, seems easy enough to fix in an upcoming update for this skin, so I thought I'd let you know
