I've seen something very similar, but in my case, it's not folders with the same name within a project - it's happening across totally separate projects. See the screenshots, in order - project1, project2, project2fixed.
I suspect the underlying cause is the same, however - something is being fetched from an internal cache, rather than being refreshed. In your example, when you're seeing the wrong theme image, try closing jAlbum, launching it again, hitting CTRL-1 (to open the last project), and going directly to the same folder (jAlbum should remember which folder you were in, so it will open to the same place). I'm guessing that it will now show the correct theme image.

Worse than this, It even does not open the last used folder.
Maybe David can fix this. At least the error is very easy to reproduce. |

Just an observation, but you are limiting your audience by using wmv files. 
(I really don't want to download and then launch VLC when an mp4 will just play.) |

Thanks for spotting this one Marcus. Sorry for the delay. It's now fixed. If you run v30.2, then select Tools->External tools->"jAlbum core update". This will bring you v30.2.1 which has a fix for this.
