SEO newbie question

I know nothing about SEO (other than some vague idea what this is).

My albums are for soccer games, so album is always called using this pattern:

Team 1 vs Team 2, August 20, 2022

What is suggested to put in "Title SEO text" and "Description SEO text"? How is it supposed to be formatted?

That is should I put "Team-1"? "Team 1"? In quotes? No quotes?

How to put multiple entries (both team names)? Comma separated? Space separated?

These aren't keywords, so there is no "formatting" to speak of. The Title SEO text should just be something like:

East Jesus vs West Buddha

The Description SEO text might be:

The thrilling soccer game in August 2022 between archrivals East Jesus and West Buddha

The title text is used by Google and other search engines to index things. The description text is what shows up in the search results when someone finds your site. It should be a simple, readable sentence that describes what the album is about.
