I haven't looked at widgets for a long time.

In an album posted on my jAlbum account, viewed in Brave, the "Developer tools console" contains
jalbum.net/widgetapi…20173&userId=519:12 Uncaught SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "https://ctwist.jalbum.net" from accessing a frame with origin "https://gallery.jalbum.net". Protocols, domains, and ports must match.
If I go to https://gallery.jalbum.net, it redirects to https://ctwist.jalbum.net, but it seems that web browser security restrictions don't tolerate this.

Maybe the easy solution is to turn off the browse bar, under your settings page>Album behaviour>Uncheck Browse bar

That worked.

I then restored the browse bar, and the error message is not showing. The widgets are shown and they work.

I'm confused.

It seems that this error only occurs if widgets are disabled!
However, the error message is not shown to the user, so it isn't a concern.
The outstanding question is "Why is there some background widget processing if widgets are disabled?" I don't need an answer.
