Command to set settings back to factory settings

Sometimes are check-marks which are seldom used like ‘Process only updated subdirectories’ giving problems which are difficult to detect.

It would therefor be nice if there is a command to set all settings back to factory settings / safe default settings to eliminate problems caused by special seldom used settings.
