Neptune/Saturn/Venus - default tooltips

Is there a pattern to where the default tooltips for these 3 skins are stored/obtained? For instance, the title/tooltip for the top of page use in Neptune appears to be in a souirce line that includes "title='${stPagetop}'", but I don't know where that is pointing, and whether it can be changed in the UI. Quite some time ago I would change it in the index.htt source file for the skin, but I get the impression that it might can be changed through the UI or some other supporting file.

In all of my skins, those are on the Text tab.

How embarrassing!! I have used nothing but your skins for over 450 albums over the last 10 or 12 years, and I don't think I have ever even looked at the Text tab. Perhaps I need to check out all the tabs to see what else I have been missing
