In photoblogger you can choose to disable mouse right click.
It works great on windows devices, however, this does not work on an android mobile phone or IOS device.
Is there a possibility to block it in android and IOS?
This is not standard in photoblogger but perhaps there is a script or similar. Perhaps also an option for an update of photoblogger.

This is a waste of your time. Blocking right-click, if you can do it at all, accomplishes nothing.

If a visitor can see your image, he can save your image. You can't prevent this.

True, that is more for the experienced user.
However, the right mouse click, Ctrl + Shift + I, Ctrl + Shift + J, Ctrl + S, Ctrl + U, and F12 key is very useful for most users and it is much more difficult to download a photo.

see for the script

So I need help to block this when my website opens in Android and IOS

This script will not block long tap on mobiles either. I don't know if that's possible at all - perhaps that event is not forwarded to the javascript.
