In Mirage 9.1 and earlier, onload.bsh contains
new MgSkin(engine);
This class was not automatically passed to init.bsh, so init.bsh contained the same statement.

However I have discovered that since jAlbum 13.1, the MgSkin class that was initiated in onload.bsh is in scope for init.bsh.
I removed the duplicate initialisation from Mirage 9.2.

If your skin repeats initialisation in init.bsh, and you don't support jAlbum versions before 13.1, you can probably remove it.
