I was working with my Jupiter album and three times when I tried to upload, I received an error message. I have attached a screen capture of the message. I was able to upload the following day without the error message. I don't know if it is a bug but I thought that I should bring it to your attention. I waws using jAlbum version 38.1 and Jupiter version 93. I am now on jAlbum version 38.2.

David may want to do some "poking around" with this.
But I think I have the quick fix. I believe your domain is hosted on Hostgator. If that's correct, and if you have "plain vanilla" hosting (i.e., not Windows hosting), you can use SFTP, which is far less error-prone.
If, for some reason you're on Windows hosting (there's no reason to choose that unless you're trying to host some .net applications), you can't use SFTP, alas.
To switch, choose Tools > Upload/Manage and select the account profile for your hosting account. In the Type box, choose SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol). Now click Advanced, and enter 2222 as the Port number. Then try to connect, just to make sure this is all correct.
If that's successful, try doing a quick album upload (even if you've made no changes), and see if you get any errors.

If possible, choose "SFTP", otherwise, try one of the "Apache commons" ftp alternatives (See Tools->Upload/Manage->Current account->Type

I made the changes that Jeff described and it did not connect. I then used the FTP (Apache Commons) and port 21 and was able to connect and upload the album with no errors. I initially thought that I had connected using the SFTP method with port 2222 but as soon as I started the upload, I received the same error.

You'll probably have to contact your web host to find out the correct settings for SFTP. I was just grabbing info from their support site - it's probably wrong.
(Somewhat off-topic, but Hostgator is a terrible web host. They're part of the dreaded EIG/Newfold group, which owns dozens of web hosts under different names. Their servers are overloaded, and support is generally awful.)
