Video not playing on local website.

I drag a video into my project and double click on it, the video will play. When I "Make an Album" and "Preview the local Album" the video never plays. Is that a feature? The video will play on the downloaded website.

If previewing a local album with videos is important then change preferences to external browser until the issue has been resolved.
