I have many subdirectories. After changing images on one (few hundredes images) - make album makes/rebuilds few thousand of images. Takes too much times and is unneccesary. What do I miss? It wasn't issue with previous versions ... don't know which one was last without thi sissue.

Can you repeat this problem at-will? For instance, add/change a few images in one of the folders now and hit "Make album". Is there again a long processing?

More specific "need" - to speed up Make Album".
When I change one folder - jAlbum should rebuild this one album - but it works/rebuilds much more folders.
Example.
Just did make album after updating Tiger Skin. No changes. Make Album. It took abot 1:25
And processed smth. like 6K files out of 35K.
Process only updated directories = ON

I honestly can't say why it reprocessed more than you expected, but if you see a pattern let me know. I would advice against keeping "Process only updated subdirectories" checked when using the Tiger skin. It works better if it's able to scan the whole directory structure.
