It seems like something is interfering with the transfer:

Caused by: it.sauronsoftware.ftp4j.FTPException [code=451, message= Error during read from data connection

Ensure that no "security" software is interfering, like a software firewall or anti-virus software. Some ftp servers have poorly implemented security software that causes errors while scanning uploaded files.

Can you try uploading using the "sftp" protocol instead?

Can't log in with sFTP protocol.
WebServer provider - Zone.EE - ftp settings are TLS/SSL connection required = YES

Virus protection is by McAfee. Can't figure out how would this influence.
Interesting part is - last time I used it worked OK. But ... it was somwhere december or january maybe.

Switching Firewall off doesn't make it better. Same error.

Get another web host. This is fairly standard, even on bargain web hosts.

Virus protection is by McAfee.

Uninstall McAfee, and cancel your subscription. You don't need it, and it's probably causing more trouble than it's worth.

I've been running for about a decade with nothing more than Windows Defender, which is enabled by default. There's no reason to use anything more than that. If you're on a Mac, you don't need any third-party "security," either. Waste of money.
