And it's time to unbundleMinimal.
In fact, I'd move Minimal to the legacy bin. Under what circumstances would any of us respond to a user question with, "Oh, you should use Minimal for your project?"

My $0.02* is keep Minimal. It may not be a user question on where to employ the skin rather it might be informative if someone new wants to tinker and explore. Do any users actually tinker with skins anymore or are the skins too "sophisticated?" Maybe change the name to something like Elemental. I'm assuming it remains the very simplest skin to play with.

I think this falls into the category of the Ivory Billed Woodpecker. Not seen in the wild within living memory. Probably extinct, but no one can confirm that.

that accounts for inflation
That's my reasoning as well. It's my goto skin when I'm testing stuff, and so may other users want to do as well. I'm naturally biased as I wrote the initial version of Minimal
