Console toggle

A tiny thing, but one that I often miss having.

In my browser, hitting F12 opens the developer's toolbar. Hitting F12 again closes it.

In jAlbum, it would be nice if F7 opened the console, but then toggled it closed if tapped again.

Good idea. I'll have that quickie implemented for the next release.
