Slideshow jumps out of full-screen mode when moving to a neighboring folder

Using Version 5.1.3, jAlbum 34.

Set to go fullscreen during slideshow, which works as expected.

However, as soon as the slideshow moves to the next folder, it's no longer in fullscreen. There's also a bunch of brief screen activity as the folder changes.

Same behavior on Windows, both Chrome and Firefox.

Is this the expected behavior? Due to the nature of my site, there are many folders, some of which may have only one image.

When you move to a different folder you are loading a different index page. From the Tiger manual ‘Going back to index pages will stop full screen mode.’

... and no browser will allow a page to be opened in fullscreen mode. It's a security issue. When you go to a new folder, you are opening a new page.

If an album wide slideshow is really wanted then turning the album’s images into a video, added to the root folder is one way of doing it. Either by a dedicated ap or the images to video tool.
