Lightbox not working when viewing from hard drive on Windows 11 PC

Stack trace for jAlbum 33.3.1 using.txt (2.2 KB)

Created album using Tiger 5.1.3. Have not uploaded to my hosting provider. When using Jalbum viewer everything works as expected.
However, when opening in Firefox using "Open File" and clicking on index file, album works as expected except for lightbox portion. When I click on an image, instead of loading lightbox, it only shows one slide and no control bar. I am operating on a home pc running windows 11.
Read post https://jalbum.net/forum/thread.jspa?threadID=59382 but does not appear to be same problem since not using shopping cart.
Received the attached error message.
