Invert the preset crop ratios

Seems like a small thing, but it throws me every time I wade into it. If you pull up the cropping tool for an image, the preset ratios are all expressed as height:width. This is nonstandard. A wide monitor is referred to as 16:9. A typical DSLR produces 3:2 images. A phone camera typically yields 16:9. A high-res video is 1920x1080. The Windows File Manager reports dimensions as width x height. It's always "width first."

The selected ratio doesn't appear to be stored in the image's .info file in its "displayed" form, so inverting the items in the list shouldn't present any problems with existing projects. But maybe I'm missing something in that regard.

BTW, here's another app that uses width x height, and not the other way around. Granted, it's an obscure, little-known app. ;)

Well, that's a no-brainer to change. I agree it should be consistent. Let's blame the Germans :-) (We actually had German interns making major parts of the Edit view). I've now updated the ratio texts in the attached extension file.

I'm amazed that I haven't noticed this before you pointed it out.
