Hi, I am André Wolff.

I was 30 years active in the software development for Philips in the Netherlands.

To keep my brains active, I spent after my retirement still some time in software development, but now for my hobbies: digital photography, walking with GPS and investing. Some of my programs can be downloaded from my website: http://www.andrewolff.nl/Download_UK/

For the presentation of my pictures I use my FancyBox skin, my Slide Show 4 skin or my PhotoSwipe skin, which are designed not only for PCs but also for mobile devices like the iPad and the iPhone.

Andre. I have five projects that use identical .jab files. Is there a way they could share the same file.

OK Anne, save these 5 folder with these project in a rootfolder and copy the project file to that rootfolder
So if I look to your website, the rootfolder is Welcome and this folder contains 6 project folders: Annes_Albums, Events etc

I have taken your advice and specified that comments will appear as tool tips on. This works well on image thumbnails. The title pops up for Folder thumbnails. Check out this page:

What am I missing?

Also, is there a way to link to an external "jalbum-settings.jap"? I now import the file from a different project, it would be nice if this could be automated.

Well Arne, if you install FancyBox 3.6.2 you will see that Folder thumbnails no longer show a tool tip.

I am not sure that I understand your question about the project file "jalbum-settings.jap".
I you put the project file "jalbum-settings.jap". in the root folder which corresponds with http://www.thesen.org/Galleries/, you can make all your albums with one Make command.

Good idea. I was worried that many of my very old scanned family images would give the date of the scan, but that does not seem to be the case.
