Added a 'Best Of' template which when added to the root folder of a project will make a page of all images rated 5*. Clicking on a thumbnail of the Best Of index page will give options of showing a lightbox preview image or opening a best of slide page. From the best of slide page you can see the 'original' image and navigate to its slide page or the parent folder's index page.
Best of slide pages are placed in a subfolder, of the root folder, called bestof - there are no thumbnail or slide images in that folder.
