Fixed a problem with webLocations

Supports the new theme image method of jAlbum 15 for index and template pages, folder and theme images can be different. The root theme image can be used for all subfolders if desired. Theme images are centred on the page and can be sized as set or stretched to cover the width of the page.

Now uses drag and drop to select and order languages to be used in the album.

Fixed an accountancy error

Removed vestigial code which stopped the language selected being saved when changing page using on image navigation and updated new code so only images and videos are shown on slide pages again

Supports web locations introduced in jAlbum 14.
When navigating slide pages only image and video categories are shown.

Fixed miscreant jAlbum tags which would have caused an error in the next version (13.6+) which will have improved error catching

Minor update to recent items template.

Updated to reflect changes in Minimal skin, which this is based on. Template pages updated to reduce clutter on the Contact page and fix links for Windows on the recent/new page template.

Bug fix for mangled metadata in camera/exif data.

Supports different styles for folders and also now videos.
Subfolders can inherit the style from the root folder or each folder can have its own style.

Now supports selecting styles for folders, either each can have its own style or all subfolders can inherit the style of the parent folder at the root level.
