Hydrogen is based on a design template by FREEHTML5.co (Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License) as well as a javascript framework for the navigation through the folder structure. With the help of this framework you can easily take website templates and create jAlbum skins out of them. The responsive design is based on Bootstrap, which is a free framework for responsive design.
