CDshow 1.5

Added a new cascading style sheet, ComicBlackAuto.css This style sheet has the overflow set to auto in the body. What this does is bring up a scroll bar if the page runs off the window. This was a problem when people were using the show in a smaller browser window, usually because their screen was physically small and/or they
had the resolution set low, the user could not scroll down the screen which was a real
problem if they had index pictures or slideshow settings that they couldn't get to.
Setting this to auto seems to work great, if there is space it displays the page without
scroll bars, if it cannot it brings up scroll bars, and no scroll bars are shown in full
screen mode if selected, but this should not be a problem as there is a kill button always displayed at the bottom.
Also added CDstart folder. This folder contains items necessary to get your slideshow
burned on a CD to autostart on a Windows system when you insert it and it first starts
up. Read JalbumDeveloperReadme.txt in the CDstart folder for more info.

Fixed the"Go To First" and "Go To Last" index icons to show as unusable(ghosted out) when on their respective first or last index pages.

Changed all filenames and their references to 8.3 format so that those older Mac systems with only short file name support will be able to read all files and icons. Now if you build with the Advanced Tab->Naming Tab->Page Extension set to .htm the resulting slide show will be able to be read by these older file systems.

Added "Go To First Page" and "Go To Last Page" on all index pages
